Report/Block a profile

There are sometimes misunderstandings or conflicts between users. In urgent cases we intervene with appropriate measures.

Reporting a profile

Have you come across profiles that

violate our guidelines?
harass you and/or other users?
offer advertising for third parties or promise services?
could be underage people but are registered as adults or the other way round?

Report them to us! Go to the profile in question, click on the options symbol in the profile and select the reason.

Blocking a profile

Do you no longer want to be contacted by a user? In this case, you can quickly and easily block this user. To do this, open the profile in question, click on the options symbol in the profile and then select “Block”.
